Buying guide
Data coverage & review notes
How this guide is calculated
V1 repeats each weekday’s sales, order count and PMIX from the preceding week. Sheet mode evaluates the selected workbook’s original ingredient, fixed-allowance and order-cycle formulas. Recipe mode replaces daily ingredient demand with the selected shop’s R365 recipe quantities, recursively expands nested recipes, and retains the same workbook order-cycle buffers and inventory subtraction. It never substitutes sheet demand for missing recipe demand.
Inventory is the latest approved whole-store stock count on or before the prior Sunday. It is a count snapshot, not live on-hand. Recommendations are held when that count predates Sunday, when multiple count transactions compete, when sales coverage is incomplete, or when PMIX or units are unresolved. Receipts, usage since the count and open POs are not modeled in V1.
Cycle quantities are independent snapshots. Do not sum them into a single purchase or assume earlier suggested orders were received. Workbook buffers, fractional quantities, “No order” and small negative results remain visible for review. Current recipes and October 22 unit configuration are review snapshots, not reconstructed historical configurations. Sheet-only allowances, pack changes and item crosswalks need operational sign-off before unattended buying.
